greetings and best wishes are sent to You from St. Joseph’s The Worker Parish, wishing you a very blessed Christmas Preparation and Celebration
this year 2021, with the call by our bishop of the catholic diocese of Wau to renew all things in Christ, the faithful of the diocese in turn responded to the call by organizing a Christmas Carol for the faithful of the five parishes within Wau Town at Catholic theater in Curia. the event lasted for three days from 17- 19 December 2021. the event was attended by a good number of the people of Wau and in fact, on the last day, we had the privilege of receiving the governor of Wester Bahr el Gazal State Mother Sarra Cleto, who put her message of reconciliation, peace, and Joy to the people of Western Bahr el gazal State and in his final remarks HL. Bishop Matthew Remijio encouraged the organizing committee for good work which made it possible to have a time of preparation for Christmas. he also encouraged liturgical music to take an active role in the liturgy. the message was clear, Christmas is about God becoming man for the sake of Love, it is the Celebration of Peace, Love, and Joy.
